I have been in the wedding industry for over eight years, and never grow tired of helping couples execute the wedding of their dreams. I love getting to know each of my couples personally, and will always try to go the extra mile to really make their day extra special. No matter how many weddings I attend, you can always count on me crying when the bride walks down the aisle, and laughing in the back during speeches. I am organized with a great attention to detail, and am determined to keep all my weddings running smoothly and on time! I am so eager to work with YOU!

On my day off, you’ll find me | When I’m not planning weddings, I’m hanging out with my son Leo and my husband, seeking new adventures and enjoying the little things in life. :) I love drinking lots of coffee, seeing movies with my besties, and will never turn down a good margarita. ;)

Fav part of the wedding day | Sending the bride and her dad down the aisle... I'm not crying, you're crying!

  • We worked with Whitney for our wedding and she was incredible! From the first day she started she was already helping us navigate the wedding industry! She used her contacts to get us good quotes for florals, stationary, and so much more! This was key in the high demand wedding season where vendors were booked far in advanced and had very high prices. There were things we did not even consider when starting this process, but Whitney already had it all down! She took our ideas and made them a reality! She worked with us to add unique, creative details that made the day even more memorable. We had a huge wedding (~240 people), which would have been utter chaos, but Whitney had it planned out perfectly and kept the night moving forward the whole time. We could not have done it without her! On day of, her and her assistants did an amazing job organizing the vendors and bringing the details together. Our families and us were able to enjoy the day and celebrate instead of deal with last minute problems. Overall the wedding went amazing and was absolutely perfect because of Whitney and Everly.

We were originally not going to use a planner (venue required it), but as the day grew closer I don’t know how we would have managed without Cara, Whitney, and Alex - particularly in gathering all the vendors with drop-off/pick-up/day-of schedules. They were so helpful, professional, and cheerful throughout. HIGHLY recommended in SoCal!!
